Shipping Rates: Shipping is a flat $7.95 for all products excluding large and/or bulky items such as Printers and CD/DVD cases. For these items shipping costs will need to be calculated & applied manually. You will be notified of the amended charges by email for your approval prior to your order being processed.

Shipping Schedule: All products in-stock at time of purchase are promptly shipped out once receipt of payment has been confimed. For credit card and PayPal payments (excluding PayPal E-Cheques) this usually means same-day. Allow at least 1 extra day for Bank Transfer/Direct Deposit payments made prior to the bank's daily cut-off time (4.00pm Melbourne time). Paypal E-Cheques require a minimum of 3-5 days for funds clearance, depending on whether you've chosen standard or express processing, plus 1 extra day for those funds to be confirmed in our account.
