All returns require an RA (return authorisation) No and are at owners expense. Returns must be returned with a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return and any fault if there is one.
If there is a fault then bizco.com.au will either replace the faulty item, replace it with a similar product if the original product is no longer available or refund the money as required by the Retail Traade Practices act.
All returns must be returned within 10 days of an RA request or a new RA must be applied for.
If the returned goods are found to be not faulty then a $15 handling charge will be applied plus the cost of shipping the goods back to the customer.
